    Really like it, but wish it slid between teeth more easily --- keeps getting caught.

    Hard to use

    The floss is so thick that I struggle to get it between my teeth that are close together. Additionally, I suppose since there is no coating, the floss has a strange, dry texture while being used. It's hard to put it into words, but it is unpleasant.
    The canister I received had a cute crystal design.

    Awesome product but recommend better packaging.

    I love this product, it’s changed my dental health for the better and I actually look forward to flossing. My only critique would be to send the product in better packaging. When you open the cardboard package it goes everywhere. The material is quite brittle. Other than that, exceptional product!
